As Senior Office & Event Manager (m/f/d), you are the organizational heart of our Berlin office. You ensure smooth processes, a positive employee experience, and support our People & Organization (P&O) team in a variety of areas. Your Impact :
Office Management & Services
* Central contact person at the front desk for external guests and the design of the office infrastructure
* Management of incoming and outgoing mail and parcel logistics
* Coordination of building maintenance and external service providers
Event & Travel Management
* Planning, organizing, and executing company-wide events
* Supporting teams in organizing team events
* Travel management and expense management in accordance with emnify guidelines
People & Organization Support
* Supporting the P&O team in onboarding new employees
* Collaborating on various P&O projects to improve the employee experience
Projects & Processes
* Independently prioritizing your tasks and optimizing processes
* Taking on projects to increase employee satisfaction
* Professional stakeholder management throughout the company
Your Skills :
* Extensive experience in office management and event management
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Strong stakeholder management skills with a high level of service orientation
* Experience with tools such as Travelperk, BambooHR, or comparable systems
* Confident in dealing with various external service providers and regular communication with suppliers
