**SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Our technologies are trusted and deployed across defense, security, civil, and industrial sectors worldwide.聽We are looking for a** Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure suppliers meet quality standards and deliver materials in line with company requirements. The role includes supplier selection, quality audits, non-conformance management, and close collaboration with Procurement, Production, and R&D. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate supplier-related quality risks.聽**Responsibilities:聽

Evaluate, select and audit suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN9100) and company requirements.

Monitor and manage supplier performance using quality metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead supplier non-conformance management, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proper documentation in collaboration with internal teams.

Drive supplier development and improvement activities, supporting the use of quality tools such as 8D methodology reduce defects and quality-related costs.

Participate in mitigation supplier quality risks during supplier selection, changes, and throughout the product lifecycle.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, R&D, and Process Engineering to ensure supplier quality supports production, compliance, and new product development.

Ensure quality warehouse material compliance with standards and material work flow within the warehouse and ERP systems.
**聽**Qualifications:聽

聽Bachelor鈥檚 degree in engineering (mechanics or electronics).

聽Experience and understanding of quality processes.

聽Understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.

聽Experience with quality methods and statistical analysis.

聽High accuracy and sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work in dynamic conditions.

聽Good communication and cooperation skills.

聽Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

聽Fluency in Latvian and English is required.
