About the role
As the**聽Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Spares & Accessories **(S&A),聽you鈥檒l聽lead Dyson鈥檚 S&A commercial agenda聽in聽regions. Your mission: deliver growth, drive profitability, and champion the聽owner聽experience by bringing the global S&A strategy to life聽with the聽markets.聽You鈥檒l聽co-create聽regional channel approaches, support local teams, and ensure the S&A portfolio fits Dyson鈥檚 standards and ambitions.聽
This role combines local insight with commercial聽expertise.聽You鈥檒l聽partner聽from聽global S&A聽team with BU鈥檚,聽regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and digital teams to聽maximise聽impact while adapting to regional trends and needs.聽

Regional S&A Strategy & Delivery:聽

Localise聽and execute Dyson鈥檚 S&A strategy in聽the聽region.聽

Set clear sales, growth, and profitability targets;聽adapt聽the global plan for market realities.聽
Portfolio & Channel Development:聽

Develop and聽optimise聽S&A performance across all channels鈥擠2C, e-commerce, retail,聽customer聽service聽and third-party partners.聽

Identify聽category gaps and drive new initiatives to meet customer and commercial goals.聽

Coordinate with supply chain and digital teams for seamless execution and powerful,聽localised聽campaigns.聽
Commercial Excellence:聽

Analyse聽market data, consumer preferences, and competitive trends.聽

Use insights to drive promotional planning, product assortment, and channel activation.聽

Set, monitor, and report on KPIs to ensure regional targets are achieved.聽
Cross-functional Collaboration:聽

Act as the bridge between the global S&A team,聽local markets,聽BU鈥檚聽and functions.聽

Share best practices, relay market needs, and align on commercial priorities.聽

Engage with marketing, sales, and customer service to聽maximise聽owner engagement and satisfaction.聽
Continuous Improvement:聽

About you

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles鈥攊deally within S&A, aftercare, consumables, or a related fast-paced category.聽

Strong familiarity with regional market trends, channel dynamics, and owner engagement.聽

Skilled聽in category management, commercial planning, and campaign execution.聽

Analytical, data-driven, and decisive in making commercial recommendations.聽
