About the聽role

Drive commercial success by understanding the market, consumer, influencers, competitors, and retail customers in the聽category聽

Analyze聽customer and consumer data to聽identify聽category growth opportunities,聽feed聽consumer insights back into our plans and campaign execution.

Conduct in-depth competitive and market analysis to define聽strategy聽and聽maintain聽the brand's competitiveness in its market.

Develop and execute marketing plans in the category to drive sales growth, market聽share聽and improve brand image.聽

Develop go-to-market strategies for the category and provide marketing and product innovation (NPD) launch strategies: 360掳 NPD launch plans聽by working together with cross-functional teams

In charge of campaign development: management of the creative brief for the adaptation of marketing assets according to the needs of the media and retail teams, proofreading and compliance with EMEA and Group guidelines, coordination with the legal teams.聽聽

In charge of聽analyzing聽the business and its key indicators (KPIs) to stimulate the growth of the category: volumes, growth margin, product mix, sell-in, sell-out.

Defend the category internally, advocating for its value and business potential to various stakeholders.聽

Manage聽category Brand Building Investment (BBI) working closely with聽Head of Marketing聽and other budget holders.

Additional聽assignments or special projects as assigned or agreed.
**About You聽**

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:聽聽
-
At least four years of experience聽in product or brand marketing for a Direct聽To聽Consumers (D2C) company, ideally with experience in聽a electronic goods or personal care聽products.聽

Bac+5 in Marketing聽聽
-
Experience managing campaigns, including translating assets, coordinating with legal teams, and managing relationships with external partners to ensure quality and聽timely聽deliverables.聽

Solid knowledge of traditional and digital media.聽
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.聽
-
Commercial acumen to understand the impact of the income statement and effectively achieve category聽objectives.聽

Ability to use creativity to develop innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.聽

Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.聽
-
Able to manage multiple complex and multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills.聽

Analytical mind with the ability to聽analyze聽data and derive actionable insights for business growth.聽

Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to the changing pace of the business environment.聽

Proficiency聽in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.聽

Fluency in English essential (B2 minimum) and fluency in French.
