Job scope
As an SAP Senior Advisor, you will act as a strategic business & technical advisor in projects and bids, shaping solution visions that guide customers through their digital transformation journey.
This role bridges business, technology, and innovation, translating client challenges into compelling SAP solution approaches across the full SAP portfolio from opportunity to project success. In refer to bids, you will play a pivotal role in qualifying opportunities, designing value-driven SAP architectures, and partnering with sales teams to deliver winning proposals that outperform competition. You will be involved in the resulting projects as business& technical lead to ensure quality and success of the implementation through processes, data, integration and architecture. The proportion of project work and bid activities is typically around 50% each but may vary depending on requirements.
Key Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate during the bid lifecycle from opportunity qualification to final presentation as advisor. Accompanying the project as technical & business lead until project implementation.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support in developing and executing customer-specific solution architectures across SAP domains such as S/4HANA, logistics, SAC, BTP, and industry cloud.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build and deliver high-impact demos, POVs, and prototypes showcasing SAP鈥檚 value against customer pain points.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as a subject matter expert for SAP solution capabilities, implementation methodologies, and industry use cases.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Shape and communicate compelling value propositions and competitive differentiators.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystem to design end-to-end proposals.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support RfX processes including scoping, effort estimation, solution design, and proposal writing.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain deep knowledge of SAP roadmap, innovations, and project excellence templates.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Engage with stakeholders, guiding strategic discussions on operating models, transformation paths, and business benefits, as well as technical implementation.

Qualifications & Experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 15+ years of SAP presales or consulting experience, ideally across multiple functional or technical domains.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven expertise in designing SAP architectures for transformation programs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of SAP strategy: RISE, GROW, BTP, Business Data Cloud, Industry Cloud, and SAP AI.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hands鈥憃n presales experience including demos, workshops, and solutioning.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Fluency in German and English; excellent executive鈥憀evel communication skills.
