Role Description
As a PM GTM Operations, you will lead high-impact strategic projects aimed at optimizing how we bring our products to market. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data teams to improve GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive execution excellence at scale.
You will act as a partner to senior stakeholders, combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution to turn insights into action.

How would you be impacting our mission?
You will:

Lead strategic, cross-functional projects focused on improving Go-to-Market processes (e.g. lead-to-sale, onboarding, activation, expansion).

Analyze end-to-end GTM performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.

Build strong quantitative and qualitative business cases to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making.

Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring disciplined execution and follow-up.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data teams to design, test, and implement process improvements.

Design, document, and optimize Go-to-Market processes and workflows, working hands-on with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve things such as lead management, pipeline efficiency, handovers, and scalability across teams

Own data requirements for your projects, and build or prototype dashboards and analyses yourself when needed, working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BI platforms, and SQL to ensure fast, reliable insights and decision-making .

Track and report on project outcomes, proactively problem-solve, and iterate to achieve objectives.
