Mission
Build an AI-first paid patient acquisition engine where campaign management, content creation and experimentation are largely automated, minimizing manual work and maximizing leverage (e.g. AI-generated creatives at scale, autonomous bidding and budget allocation, continuous experimentation loops, and AI-assisted decision making).
Own strategy, innovation and performance at scale with the following objectives: i) compensate current marketplace organic imbalances (there are cities in which we do not have enough organic bookings (patients) for doctors to retain them; ii) provide and monetize additional patients for doctors when CAC allows under different revenue models (selling our marketing services directly to doctors and clinics (Marketing 360 product), CPL or in a commission system per booking (share of the price of the visit - Terapia).
This is not a traditional performance marketing role. We aim to build a highly automated, AI-native acquisition engine. We expect you to rethink how paid marketing works: leveraging AI for campaign execution, creative generation, testing, and decision-making — with the goal of achieving maximum output with minimal human intervention.

What you will do
Strategy & growth

Own the end to end patient acquisition strategy across paid channels and all countries

Define growth targets, CAC/LTV models and scalable acquisition frameworks

Balance short term performance with long term brand and market expansion

Identify new growth levers, channels and partnerships

Decide where to scale, defend or experiment based on market maturity
Paid channels ownership

Own day-to-day performance across: Google, Meta, Influencers, affiliates and partnership, and potentially upper funnel channels (not planned yet)

Manage budget, pacing and performance targets

Ensure strong execution across multiple countries in Europe and Latam
Automation and performance enablement

Build this system from scratch, using what AI can bring today and partnering with our tech team

Design and implement an AI-driven acquisition system where the majority of campaign management, creative production, testing and optimization is automated

Partner with data teams to improve: attribution models, experimentation velocity and performance reporting
Innovation and new channels

Lead pilot programs for new acquisition channels

Kill experiments quickly when ROI is not there
Team creation and leadership

You will build this function from the ground up, including systems, processes, and team with full ownership

Create and lead a small, high-leverage team (to be defined by you) to accomplish the mission (channel managers, specialists, content creators - maybe humans maybe AI agents)

Work with AI team to create patient marketing with 2026 available tools

Work closely with Product & UX on conversion optimization and monetization frameworks

Work closely with GTM leaders (mostly Customer Organization and Country Managers) to work on Market place health and churn prevention

Align with brand on messaging and creative strategy
