About the role
We are actively recruiting at CAU Kiel's Talent Transfer event and encourage participants to apply
As a key member of our six-headed team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality,
usability, and functionality of our software applications. We place a strong focus on
automated tests and solid programming skills, so we can continuously enhance our testing
strategy.
Your Responsibilities

Plan and implement comprehensive test strategies for our software solutions, with a
particular focus on automation.

Develop detailed test cases, test data, and test scripts to validate software
functionality.

Work closely with developers to identify and address software errors promptly.

Utilize your programming experience (e.g., Java, Python, or another language) to
build and maintain automated testing frameworks.

Thoroughly document test results and generate comprehensive error reports.

Actively contribute to the enhancement of our testing processes and methods.

Evaluate and propose new technologies to improve automated quality assurance.

Participate in regular team meetings and closely collaborate with the development
team.
Preferred qualifications

Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience in software testing and with test automation tools.

Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks is highly valuable.

Good coding skills (e.g., in Java, Python, or another popular language) to develop
and maintain automated tests.

Work effectively within a team and showcase strong communication skills.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
