Nearshore Sector | Functional Analyst / Coordinator (AEM)

We are looking for a Functional Analyst / Coordinator to act as the bridge between the business units and the Web Platform Team. You will ensure that business-specific needs are understood, prepared, migrated, and validated while maintaining platform standards.

• Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business-area specific analyses for migrations and oversee content rationalization.

  • Convert business requirements into functional input for the platform team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and coordinate content testing.

  • Facilitate adoption and change management, providing training for business content authors.

  • Secure business UAT sign-off during pilot phases.
