Accelerate SAP landscape transformation: S/4HANA, RISE, SAP BTP adoption, application modernization, and innovation (SAP Business AI, Joule, side-by-side scenarios).

Evaluate SAP and partner solutions for technical fit, maturity, and business value.

Support SAP licensing analysis, management, and optimization.

Manage strategic alignment with SAP, including roadmaps, partner collaboration, and escalation of critical topics.

Enable and upskill SAP teams, promoting standards, knowledge, and continuous improvement.
