We are seeking Customer Delivery Managers to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), you will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects according to the standard offering modules in the area of hyperscalers. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, finance activities and collaborating with top management to drive success.聽You will work closely with customers to analyze their requirements to find the best fitting offering from our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervises contract fulfilment and ensures its optimization for both the client and the Company throughout the contract period.

Managing customer setup in our SAP systems.

Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and change processes for customers.

Managing and processing the invoicing process in our OSS/BSS systems to ensure automated provisioning and billing.

Ensuring that established standards and processes are adhered to throughout the delivery cycle.

Is responsible for observing the budgets and reducing costs.

Is familiar with and consciously applies proven methodologies, techniques and processes of managing projects, customers and suppliers.

Ensures cost-effective implementation of the expansion of internal IT infrastructure.
