Your mission
We’re hiring a high-impact Account Executive to help drive deskbird’s expansion across the DACH market.
You’ll be joining a market where we already have solid traction, increasing brand awareness, and a healthy stream of inbound demand, giving you the opportunity to build on momentum rather than start from scratch.

In this role you will

Own and scale a high-potential sales pipeline, fueled by both targeted outbound efforts and a strong stream of existing inbound leads.

Run the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close.

Capitalize on existing traction, accelerating deals in a market where interest and demand are already proven.

Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position deskbird as the go-to solution for modern, hybrid workplaces.

Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and influence buying decisions at scale.

Consistently exceed revenue targets by executing smart, data-driven outbound and account strategies.

Play a foundational role in building deskbird’s DACH presence.
What you need to be successful

**2+ years of experience in B2B sales, **with a strong emphasis on outbound.

A proven track record of pipeline generation and closing both outbound and high-velocity inbound deals.

High ownership mentality - you thrive in environments where you build, iterate, and move fast.

A passion for outbound sales, business development, and winning competitive deals

Native in German and fluent in English.
