Your Role and your tasks:
As an** Key Account Manager (m/f/x)** you will be the primary point of contact for our top brands, and will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers in the DACH region and other international markets to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Account Growth and Upselling: Ensure successful contract renewals and identify upselling and cross selling opportunities with Key Accounts based on customers’ needs, driving revenue growth.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with our Product, Customer Support, and Marketing Teams to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers.

Event Participation & Client Engagement: Attend industry events, such as the IFA event, and occasionally participate in face-to-face client meetings to celebrate partnerships and build stronger connections.

You bring at least 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.

You are a passionate sales talent, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry

You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage

You have excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets

You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team.
