We offer an attractive position as a Senior Consultant, in our Nordic Strategy and Transformation Office, reporting to the Nordic CEO and COO. In this role, you will contribute to driving transformation and executing our Nordic strategy. You will manage complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and ensure strategy execution across the Nordic region.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

Managing transformation program delivery: Independently manage transformation initiatives aligned with our Nordic strategic agenda.

Synthesizing insights and developing strategic communication: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses and translate into actionable insights and clear communication, to support strategic decision-making.

Supporting the Nordic annual cycle: Prepare and coordinate monthly executive meetings, including agenda development, materials preparation, and follow-up actions.

**Transformation execution reporting: **Develop and maintain regular reporting on our transformation roadmap, ensuring leadership has visibility into key metrics, milestones, and risks across our transformation agenda.

Orchestrating cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate stakeholder conversations across senior leadership, business units, and functions to maintain momentum on strategic initiatives.
