What work will you be doing?*
As an Analyst, you will work on client projects to assist multinational corporations to on their HR transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will support business development efforts and contribute to internal initiatives such as employer branding and learning programs based on your interests and background.
In this role, you will make an impact by:

Collaborating with your team to analyse the current situation for clients and applying Deloitte’s best-practice frameworks in order to solve clients’ challenges.

Leveraging AI agents and analytics tools to accelerate data analysis, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights for HR transformation initiatives.

Working closely with clients, management teams, and stakeholders through interviews, meetings, and workshops.

Conducting research, data collection, and analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.

Prepare and develop client material for workshops, proposals etc.

Facilitate working sessions and workshops internally and externally
