We are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our internal IT organization. In this role, you will drive the analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements across diverse IT projects and service improvements within the Nordic region. You will ensure that IT solutions and services align with business objectives and deliver measurable value, while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will translate complex business needs into actionable specifications, validate solutions, and champion continuous service optimization. Your work will bridge business and technology, support strategic objectives, and deliver tangible results for our internal IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements Analysis & Structuring – Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements; facilitate stakeholder workshops; translate business goals into clear, prioritized functional and non-functional requirements

Solution Specification & Translation – Convert business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with technical teams on feasibility and architectural alignment

Validation & Quality Assurance – Define acceptance criteria; lead or participate in testing and user acceptance validation; ensure solutions deliver expected business value

Process & Service Optimization – Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities; analyze workflows and contribute to post-implementation reviews

Governance & Documentation – Maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with Nordic IT governance standards; ensure traceability between requirements and delivered functionality
You will work collaboratively with Business Relationship Managers, IT Project Managers, Solution Architects, and domain specialists to ensure that IT solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with business objectives. Your role will be instrumental in driving continuous service optimization and ensuring that every IT initiative delivers measurable value to the organization.
