Our Brand Design team is looking for a Motion Designer to support our Regional Design team. This position will put all efforts into User Acquisition and Retention by creating outstanding creatives for Performance Marketing channels and TV.聽
You will be working directly with the comms, performance digital marketing, and local teams,聽 which are key drivers of growth at Glovo. Therefore you will be directly working on educating, creating, and demonstrating the value that Glovo has for the user.
**A significant part of your daily work, approximately 80% of your time, will involve adapting, iterating, and optimizing existing high-performing creative assets for high-volume deployment across diverse channels. **Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring these assets remain fresh and effective, while constantly seeking opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills and should be highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment. The person that we are looking for has good knowledge of applying consistent design principles to their projects. They should have the capacity to lead a project from start to end while also sharing their learnings.

THE JOURNEY

Ensure brand consistency in all countries where Glovo operates and proactively manage time and deadlines.

Collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand motion design solutions, especially in all acquisition channels (social and display networks).

Foster a mindset towards scaling creativities, prioritizing optimization over constant generation, and seeking ways to allocate more time to analysis and less to execution.

Adapt and execute campaigns for the Africa region, seeking for local innovation and detecting business opportunities in your conversations with Local Teams.

Have a data-driven creative process and translate ideas into all sorts of videos.聽

Propose new creatives and video templates for your region and main stakeholders based on data and research. Refresh old content and create new video proposals.聽

Communicate motion designs and video rationale in a clear and fluent manner with stakeholders.
