You will have access to unlimited data to facilitate creative decision-making and cooperate with a world-class team that can turn your recommendations for the country’s operations into an efficient reality.
This role is for a senior leader within Glovo’s Operations team, dedicated to enhancing the experience of our couriers and partners while optimizing overall delivery operations.
THE JOURNEY
Analyse data obsessively to identify trends and build successful implementation strategies for our operations
Improving and contributing to the upgrading of the delivery time, the efficiency of the courier, as well as the efficiency of delivery’s costs
Close cooperation with the global operations team and General Manager right-hand in any strategic topic
Understands, is committed to and manages supply chain status improvement to ensure operational excellence and excellent customer experience;
Successfully navigating a complex regulatory environment in close partnership with our regional and global teams
Assessment of strategic opportunities, performance of a wide range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
Implementation, standardization and execution of processes in all cities
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (couriers and third party logistics)
Team Leadership & Culture: Develop and mentor team leads, fostering a high-performance culture and growing top talent.
