YOUR MISSION:
As Chief of Staff in the People Department, you will act as a trusted strategic partner to the VP of People聽 and the People Leadership Team, helping shape and execute the People strategy that enables Glovo鈥檚 growth across multiple markets. This is a high-impact and high-visibility role at the heart of the organization, designed for someone who thrives in complexity and enjoys turning strategy into tangible results.
You will work closely with senior leaders to orchestrate priorities across the People function, ensuring the team focuses on the initiatives that drive the greatest impact. Beyond coordination, you will bring strong analytical thinking, challenge assumptions, remove roadblocks, and elevate the overall performance of the People organization. From leading key strategic projects to translating long-term ambitions into actionable plans, you will play a critical role in strengthening the People function and supporting Glovo鈥檚 continued scale.

Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the VP of People聽and People Leadership Team, shaping priorities, challenging assumptions, and reinforcing strategic rigor.

Collaborate with the People Leadership Team to define and execute the People strategy aligned with company objectives.

Help leadership focus on high-impact initiatives by identifying opportunities, removing roadblocks, and driving alignment across teams.

Analyze People metrics and analytics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions and priorities.

Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive measurable improvements across key People metrics.

Lead the People Analytics team (2 data analysts) and coordinate with Delivery Hero鈥檚 global People Analytics team.

Prepare strategic updates, presentations, and deep dives for senior stakeholders across Glovo and Delivery Hero.

Facilitate leadership discussions and support decision-making through clear insights and communication.

Lead the People OKR process end-to-end, ensuring clear priorities, strong alignment, and disciplined execution.
Translate long-term People strategy into actionable short- and mid-term initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional projects that span multiple teams or do not yet have a clear owner within a specific CoE.
