YOUR MISSION
As a Business Developer for Top Accounts at Glovo, your mission is to bring the most relevant and high-impact partners in Spain onto our platform. You will identify, approach, and close deals with top-tier brands and companies at a national level, building strong personal relationships from the very first conversation. This role is perfect for a hunter profile — someone who thrives on prospecting, is energized by closing, and knows how to open doors with senior stakeholders.
THE JOURNEY

Identify and prospect top-tier companies and brands across Spain that are the right fit for Glovo's platform.

Build a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals.

Develop strong personal relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, commercial directors etc) from the first touchpoint.

Lead end-to-end sales processes: from initial outreach and pitch to negotiation, contract signing and final activation.

Craft compelling, tailored value propositions that resonate with each partner's business goals and priorities.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to structure deals and ensure a smooth onboarding for new partners.

Represent Glovo at industry events, trade fairs, and face-to-face meetings across the national territory.

Report pipeline progress, forecasts, and market insights to the Regional Director team on a regular basis.
