YOUR MISSION
The Workday Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related matters, managing Jira requests, resolving system incidents, and ensuring seamless collaboration between DH Central and Glovo while maintaining data integrity and optimizing system functionality.
THE JOURNEY
Act as the primary owner and point of contact for Jira requests related to Workday, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Analyze, investigate, and resolve Workday incidents, collaborating with relevant teams as needed.
Engage in deep-dive analysis of requests to identify root causes and provide effective solutions.
Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
Work closely with the People Team to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and updates.
