We鈥檙e looking for a聽doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver聽to join our Regions team. As an Account Manager, you鈥檒l be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us.
Also, responsibility and ownership of several cities in your Area, define and pursue long-term strategy for the cities in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations.聽
Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city, guide them through the growth journey, be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude!
THE JOURNEY

Establish excellent relationships with Glovo鈥檚 partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner鈥檚 meetings and business reviews).

Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.

Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling)

Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)

Improve Glovo鈥檚 revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets.聽

Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.

Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
