Position: Senior Payments Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus聽
Work model: hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) after initial 3 month nesting period
Employment type: Full-time聽
Remuneration: base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and payment partners
-
Negotiate contracts, fees and service-level agreements with payment providers
-
Monitor PSP performance, uptime and compliance with agreed terms
-
Ensure deposit and withdrawal flows are secure, fast and reliable
-
Identify and resolve payment-related issues, delays and failures
-
Review rejected transaction rates and implement solutions to reduce failures
-
Prepare monthly reports on PSP performance and transaction volumes to optimize limits
-
Ensure all PSP activities comply with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements
-
Conduct due diligence on existing and potential PSP partners
-
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
-
Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
-
Review and optimize PSP fees and propose cost reduction strategies
-
Track KPIs including processing speed, error rates, cost efficiency and client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field

3+ years of experience in payment operations within forex or CFD industry
-
Strong knowledge of PSPs, payment gateways and transaction flows
-
Good understanding of KYC, AML and regulatory frameworks

Experience in vendor management and negotiation with payment providers

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

Leadership experience managing operational or payments teams.
