DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with private and business customers by phone and email聽

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services

Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm

Follow up on warm leads鈥攏o cold calling required

Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations

Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement

Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers.聽
REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in English, both verbal and written

Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality

Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential鈥攚e provide full training

Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes

Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus

Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
