**About the role. **
We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact, you’ll handle incoming queries, provide clear solutions, and guide customers through internet and landline services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via telephone support, ensuring a professional and service-oriented customer experience

Support customers with internet and landline services, including billing, basic technical queries, and package information

Provide clear solutions and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently

Manage and update cases across internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Native / fluent in German (C1 minimum) both verbal and written. English is a bonus but not compulsory

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-based environment

Basic IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems

Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
