DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide customer care and technical support for medical devices across European markets

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with diabetes devices and accessories
-
Guide patients on product usage via calls, email, chat, and SMS
-
Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in line with regulatory standards
-
Apply empathy and active listening in sensitive situations to support patient needs
-
Follow established procedures and scripts to maintain safety and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ leve•

Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.

Background in healthcare or technical support is a plus.

Knowledge of diabetes care or medical devices.

Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Capable of retaining and managing extensive information.

High problem-solving ability and prioritization skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
