DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage incoming customer calls, chats, messages, and emails in a professional manner

Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication

Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes

Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities

Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.聽
REQUIREMENTS:

Native or near-native German speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English

Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage

Strong phone communication and active listening skills

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles

Good MS Office skills

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
