DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage incoming calls, chats, messages, and emails across multiple channels

Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction

Build long-term, trust-based relationships through clear and engaging communication

Provide accurate and complete information using approved tools and processes
-
Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas
-
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage customer accounts
-
Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level)

Strong phone handling skills with a customer-focused and attentive listening approach

Ability to adapt communication style to different customer profiles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
