David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Advisor for their office in Athens, Greece.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries efficiently

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Build strong, sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication

Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems
-
Meet individual and team performance targets, including case handling quotas
-
Maintain clear records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation
-
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1+ level)

Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Proven contact handling and customer communication skills.

Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and adaptability to different personalities.

Strong PC skills and general computer literacy.
-
Fast learner with strong comprehension abilities.

Good MS Office skills are an advantage.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
-
Previous experience in customer support or client service is a plus.
