This is a Danaher Corporate on-site role, hosted by our Cytiva operating company in Krakow.
This role will partner with Danaher and our operating companies to develop and execute on improvements across the IT Service Asset and Configuration Management and drive standardization where it matters most.

Design and model the CMDB in ServiceNow, including CI classes, relationships, attributes, and lifecycle states, aligned with industry best practices (ITIL, CSDM).
Build and maintain a scalable CMDB that supports complex, multi-technology and multi-organization environments.
Define and enforce CMDB governance, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, and lifecycle rules.
Drive CI lifecycle management across creation, update, audit, and retirement.
Partner with ITOM, discovery, and integration teams to populate and reconcile CMDB data from multiple authoritative sources (e.g., discovery tools, integrations, imports).
Establish and monitor CMDB data quality metrics, including completeness, correctness, and compliance.
Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) by ensuring accurate CI usage and impact analysis.
Lead or contribute to CMDB audits, health checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as a subject matter expert for SACM and CMDB-related topics across the organization.
Create and maintain documentation, standards, and operating procedures for SACM and CMDB usage.
Support stakeholders with reporting, dashboards, and insights derived from CMDB data.
The essential requirements of the job include:
BS or BA degree in a STEM related field or related experience.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in service management, operations management, or a related role.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, including class modelling, CI relationships, and CMDB health.
Ability to operate effectively in a low-maturity or evolving SACM environment, shaping the CMDB capability from the ground up.
Proven experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management in medium to large-scale enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of ITIL SACM concepts and how they translate into practical, operational solutions.
Experience working with complex, federated IT landscapes (multiple platforms, tools, and data sources).
