You'll work at the intersection of LLM application engineering, scalable backend services, and product execution, collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams. Design,聽ship, and聽operate聽production-grade聽agentic聽systems聽to tackle聽complex聽video聽platform challenges.聽

Architect and聽maintain聽APIs, data聽contracts, and聽shared聽libraries聽to聽ensure聽AI聽capabilities聽are聽reusable聽across聽teams.聽

Define聽and聽track聽critical聽metrics:聽task聽success聽rate,聽helpfulness, hallucination聽proxies,聽safety聽flags,聽latency, and聽cost.聽

Own聽end-to-end聽quality: offline聽evaluation, online聽experiments, monitoring, and聽iterative聽improvements聽on聽accuracy聽and performance.聽

Establish聽and enforce best practices for AI聽engineering:聽prompt/config versioning,聽reproducibility,聽testing聽strategies, and聽safe聽handling of sensitive data.聽

Mentor聽mid-level聽and junior聽engineers聽through聽code聽reviews, design discussions, and聽knowledge聽sharing.聽
