The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team in Helsinki. In this role, you’ll take ownership of invoicing, collections, cash application, and sales order support — making sure our cash flow stays healthy and our customers stay happy.
In short: you’ll help ensure that the amazing work we do actually gets paid for. (Underrated superpower.)
NetSuite experience is strongly recommended, and you’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners.
What You’ll Be Doing (aka your superpowers)

Create, process, and post customer invoices, credit memos, and adjustments accurately and on time in NetSuite

Own the collections process: monitor aging reports, follow up with customers, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes to reduce DSO

Support sales order management, including order review, validation, pricing confirmation, and resolving order-related issues with Sales and Operations

Coordinate customer order deliveries and outbound logistics with 3PL partners

Maintain accurate customer master data and AR documentation

Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable, including reconciliations and account analysis

Produce AR reports and key KPIs (aging, DSO, unapplied cash) and share insights with stakeholders

Support audits and compliance by providing documentation and explanations when needed

Recommend process improvements and support development of AR processes and NetSuite enhancements

Handle other operational finance tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or similar
Experience

Previous experience in a similar AR/finance role

Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus

Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
