POSITION'S OBJECTIVE
SEO & AI Search Specialist drives measurable business growth by leading advanced SEO strategy and expanding discoverability across AI-powered search systems. The role ensures ventures and client projects are technically sound, semantically authoritative, and optimized for both traditional and AI-driven search environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy (technical, on-page and off-page).

Conduct technical SEO audits and ensure site health and crawlability.

Lead keyword research and search intent mapping across the funnel.

Design and optimize scalable content and internal linking architecture.
-
Optimize content and websites for AI-driven search and LLM discovery.
-
Implement structured data, schema markup and entity-based optimization.
-
Develop SEO and AI-driven content briefs for content teams.
-
Monitor SEO and AI search performance and define improvement actions.
-
Track industry trends, algorithm updates and emerging AI search signals.
EDUCATION
COURSES / KNOWLEDGE

Preferred bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Advanced Technical SEO knowledge

Strong understanding of analytics and data interpretation (GA4, Search Console)

Knowledge of indexing principles and CMS platforms understanding (e.g., content structuring, use of templates, and web publishing)
