We are looking for an experienced and proactive Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TA team in Barcelona and play a key role in scaling our tech teams across Spain, the Middle East, and Europe.
What you will do:

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for tech roles, delivering a seamless and high-quality candidate experience

Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring process

Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new joiner experience

Collaborate with and manage external partners (agencies and vendors), ensuring alignment, quality, and efficiency

Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
