Senior Fullstack Developer (German-speaking)

First time hearing about Professional Services at Coveo? We are THE technical team that brings the Coveo AI-powered search products to life for our clients. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you’ll guide our enterprise customers through transformative Generative AI experiences implementations, and shape how they leverage our solutions for a stronger and more intuitive search experience.

You’ll combine deep technical skills with a consulting mindset to design, customize, and deploy high impact AI solutions that index millions of documents, integrate across complex ecosystems, and deliver ultra-relevant results in under a second. This is where engineering meets impact!

As our Senior Solutions Consultant, you will:

• Integrate Coveo with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify, and others across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid environments.Implement and customize Coveo’s features to match each customer’s unique environment and business needs.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with our enterprise clients (such as Dell, Nespresso, Adobe etc.) and translate their needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Deploy the solution so it connects with the customer's systems in place: that means on-premise for some, in the cloud for others, and sometimes a mix of both.
• Configure, optimize, and enrich our solution to consolidate data and support key features, functionalities, and plug-ins. 
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and implement JavaScript libraries that allow Coveo to fit naturally into customers’ systems.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

• 8+ years of hands on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Ease of navigating across sophisticated tech stacks and B2B ecosystems.
• Consulting experience is a must, with proven ability to operate in client-facing roles and manage communication with enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to lead projects, prioritize effectively, and stay structured under pressure.
• German fluency (written and verbal).

What will make you stand out:

• Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms.
• Background in search, commerce or information architecture
• A passion for enabling customers’ success and driving adoption through thoughtful guidance.
• Python, Node,js or Java.
