Join COTY and play an active role in accelerating the online growth of聽our聽iconic聽Prestige and Consumer Beauty聽brands like Adidas, Hugo Boss,聽Burberry聽and聽Calvin Klein. Working within our聽eRetail聽team,聽you鈥檒l聽gain hands-on experience聽optimizing聽product content, improving organic visibility, and helping drive conversion results across the EU region鈥檚 top e-retailers.聽

**RESPONSIBILITIES聽**
聽
Your聽main focus聽is聽to聽enhance聽Digital聽Shelf聽Excellence throughout Europe and improve conversion on Amazon, Douglas,聽Notino聽& other leading e-retailers pages聽via:聽
Enhanced content:聽work鈥痮n the daily with鈥痝lobal brands, agencies, local鈥痬arkets鈥痑nd鈥痚-retailers to鈥痙evelop custom, consistent and qualitative branded content (PDP+/A+/Brandshops鈥痚tc) and ensure its鈥痝o live on time for鈥痩aunches鈥痑nd key sales moments聽
Rates & Reviews:鈥痗ollaborate on the daily with agencies to collect鈥痓riefing information for testers targeting,鈥痚nsure鈥疪&R display at鈥痳etailer鈥痜rom product launch鈥痙ay and鈥痑nalyze鈥痯erformance聽
Esampling: collaborate with agency to support over branded customer journeys development and鈥痚nsure鈥痑vailability to markets鈥痠n due time聽
Audits: conduct brand and category overview reports to extract content insights and uncover growth opportunities聽
UGC: collaborate with global brands, local markets,聽agencies聽and e-retailers to ensure authentic User Generated Content development and display on PDPs carousel聽

assisting聽with day-to-day coordination of timelines and priorities聽聽
working with tools such as DSA/PIM/DAM聽

You will report into the聽Digital Shelf Excellence Europe聽Manager.聽

**YOU ARE A COTY FIT聽**
You are/have:聽
Currently鈥痚nrolled in Master program and remain enrolled throughout the apprenticeship聽
Solid organizational, time-management and attention to鈥痙etails鈥痵kills聽
Clear and confident communication capabilities across teams and stakeholders聽
Proactive,聽hands-on聽and鈥痗omfortable鈥痶aking鈥痮wnership, with a solution-oriented mindset聽
Curious, creative and at ease with鈥痬ulti tasking鈥痠n a fast-paced environment聽
Experienced in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in the beauty industry聽
Proficient in PowerPoint; Excel is a plus聽
Fluent in English聽
