For our Tires sector, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Operations Counsel (m/f/diverse) with a qualification as "Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin" to join our Legal Operations team. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining comprehensive worldwide applicable legal standards and policies that align with internal and external rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure consistency and compliance across all jurisdictions, monitor changes in international laws, and provide expert legal advice to the organization. Your tasks will include the following activities:

Standardization of legal counselling and legal advice on a global scale

Contract management and independent contract negotiations

Identifying and analyzing legal risks, developing and implementing solutions to avoid, limit, or secure these

Project management lead (including project planning, execution, implementation, and trainings)

Responsibility for legal tech tools (including analysis and recommendation of legal technology needs and solutions)

Leading strategic legal initiatives

Communication and cross-functional collaboration with (Senior) Management

Developing and conducting workshops and training sessions in German as well as in English
