The Senior IT Engineer Network supports the development of secure, scalable, and resilient communication infrastructures by designing and implementing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks** **and advanced Voice solutions. This role leads complex projects, ensures stable global Voice operations, and provides expert-level support across multiple sites. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is essential, as is contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement—including automation.

Support, maintain, manage, implement and configure global communications and Voice infrastructure (VoIP, SIP trunks, Cisco Voice, Webex Calling, Teams telephony).

Manage corporate mobile contracts and carrier escalations.

Implement and support LAN/WLAN architectures including Cisco wireless standards.

Execute installations, moves, adds, changes, and upgrades according to policies.

Ensure high Voice quality by applying network best practices including QoS, VLANs, routing, and redundancy protocols.

Monitor and control network and Voice performance for availability, throughput, and call quality.

Collaborate with external providers, managed services, hardware/software vendors, and internal teams.

Create documentation and diagrams to support global and local IT teams.

Drive incident resolution and problem management for network and Voice systems.

Contribute to automation efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and deliver Voice and network projects across global sites.

Conduct product research and participate in vendor/tool evaluations.

Provide support for global plants/offices; travel as needed.
