Are you ready to define and own our global processes for how we work with the Health Care Professionals in an increasingly digitized MedTech company? Do you thrive at the intersection between strategy, technology, and execution? 

 

In our newly established Service Operational Excellence team, we are responsible for establishing and managing our global ways of working. As part of our new commercial strategy, we will grow our business by delivering new digital services and tools for our Sales organization and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). As the owner of our global commercial processes, you will ensure that global processes get defined, optimized and supported by digital improvements according to our strategy.

 

This role of Business Process Owner for HCPs sits in the intersection between Process Owners in our top markets, Customer Experience team and DDIT. The role takes outset in optimizing our operations in the top markets and establishing efficient global processes and scalable digital solutions. Scope includes processes for optimizing Salesforce efficiency through existing digital platforms. Likewise, scope includes global digital tools for the HCPs, ultimately improving healthcare outcomes and helping us deliver value to healthcare professionals worldwide.

 

You will own the global processes end-to-end; from definition, standardization, and operation across key markets, to ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency. As the global process owner, you are expected to work with the key markets, and you have a clear mandate to make decisions, balance competing inputs, and challenge business and DDIT when commercial value, customer experience, or scalability is at risk.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and define Business Processes for HCPs, balancing standardization with local requirements
  • Process Optimization: Drive implementation and optimization across key markets, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Digital improvements: Identify digital enhancements needed to ensure efficient user experience.
  • Understand customer journeys: Map customer journeys to ensure we match our sales cycles to our customers’ needs
  • 1st line support: Act as 1st line of support for markets for systems, process and tools and escalate to DDIT for issues

 

We imagine that you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in business or commercial operations
  • Hold a master’s degree (business, economics, digital or similar)
  • Excel in communicating, navigating complex stakeholders and making clear decisions
  • Work independently, are pragmatic, and willing to push back when needed

 

The position is based in our HQ in Humlebæk and you can look forward to travelling approx. 20-30 days per year.
