Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR S.p.A. is currently searching for a Fund Manager for the business unit Fund Management.
The person will actively be part of all those processes aimed at enhancing the value of the new and existing portfolio investments; specifically, he/she will be expected to provide support in the following activities:

Preparation of the Business Plans and analysis of real estate investments;

Preparation of the funds periodic reporting both internally and externally;

Update financial documents, conduct financial analysis and sensitivities on the Business Plans;

Prepare market updates, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders;

Support in the preparation of quarterly/half-yearly management reports and portfolio valuations;

Preparation of supporting documents for the Board of Directors and Fund’s Committees;

Analysis of outsourcers’ reports and due diligences (legal/tax, property, project, urban planning, etc.);

Discuss commercial agreements (i.e. acquisitions, leases) in coordination with the Senior Fund Manager and negotiate with the other relevant advisors / counterparties;

Monitor Fund’s liquidity, through the analysis of cash-flows and preparation of quarterly capital calls;

Monitor some aspects of the loan agreements - that are up to the Finance Department of the SGR - such as loan utilization requests and period related covenants compliance.
