Your Activities

Welcome clients, visitors, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage incoming phone calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately.

Oversee meeting rooms and ensure they are properly prepared, cleaned and organized.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Ensure reception and common areas are always tidy and presentable.
