The Telesales Support Specialist is responsible for several commercial activities, such as:

contacting potential customers via phone according to the company's internal policies in order to schedule live and online meetings for the Field Sales Team;

informing them about the company's products & services;

conducting a professional discussion with a decision-maker in the potential client company;

entering and updating customer information in our database;

keeping records of calls and pinpointing useful information;

assisting the Field Sales Team regarding administrative tasks;

meeting company expectations for excellent customer service by learning details about our products;

addressing any questions or issues customers may have.
