**What you will do in this role **
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in an efficient, professional and friendly manner.

Make customers feel safe and welcome when they are in contact with us.

Follow the guidelines and processes set up by the bank.
**Your qualifications **

Have previous experience in customers service

Have good communication, written and listening skills
**It would be a plus if: **
- Have previous experience in invoicing, bank or collection industry is good to have, but not a must - as you will get relevant training in the field
