Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions

Directly supports all aspects of Cirrus marketing efforts in Europe
-
Directly supports marketing events within Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States
-
Participation in aviation communities (AOPA/COPA Europe, pilot clubs, etc.).

Manage event evaluation and post-event reporting to improve performance.

Equips the European sales team with sales materials and marketing collateral

Coordinates with marketing and sales teams to execute individual tasks of a marketing plan

Analyzes marketing data to help shape upcoming marketing strategies

Researches opportunities for future lifestyle and co-branded events

Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally to the United States

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Two years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably with luxury goods or products

Previous experience with General Aviation – especially in Europe – is desired; pilot experience is preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, additional photography/video skills are preferred
-
Fluency in English is required (Spoken, Written and Reading), fluency in additional European languages is preferred (French and German).

Conversant in current email and digital marketing strategies
-
Demonstrated use of social media to increase brand awareness and engagement is preferred

Solid computer skills well-organized and detail oriented
-
Adobe Creative Suite skills are preferred
-
Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple concurrent projects

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

Experience managing agency relationships.

Comfort working in a global organization, balancing global strategy with regional needs.

Up to 50% travel on average but could be 75% with seasonal demands.
