HR Operations Professional Czech Republic & Slovakia
CompuGroup Medical is the multinational world leader in e-health.

Our clients are general practitioners, specialist practitioners, dentists, therapists, … and with our software packages we offer them the support they need to manage their patient files, consultations, practice management, … and make sure their practice is run more efficiently.
We are currently looking for 1 HR Operation Professional with responsibilities in Czeck Republic & Slovakia – you will have an A-Z responsibility for both the employees in Czech Republic & Slovakia on an operational level.
In your role as HR Operations Professional you ensure operational and administrative excellence in the delivery of HR operations services and solutions within the countries of your responsibility.
- You are part of a team of HR professionals in different countries and are invited to build a strong partnership with them and your Country Area HR Leader.
- You will be responsible for all country HR related matters in Czech Republic & Slovakia
- The implementation, adoption and improvement of existing or new People Solutions related to employee lifecycle topics are part of your day-to-day business.
- You identify the needs of the employees and match these with delivering operational excellence, by focusing on the local and group topics (i.e. onboarding, engagement, people development, benefits)
- You also take on the full payroll administration, in collaboration with local payroll vendors, where you prepare the payroll and do the final check after a test run.
- You are responsible for the implementation of all social regulations and personnel information in new hires, condition changes and exits.
- You have a good knowledge of labour law legislation for both Czech Republic & Slovakia
Your primary working location will be in Prague – Czech Republic
Skills :
The perfect HR Operations Professional:
- Has good experience in an HR operational role - +/-8-10yrs
- Is an expert in payroll related questions/matters
- Asks the right questions to gather knowledge to be able to give the right advice.
- Has a good knowledge of local labour law
- Is fluent in Czech, English, and notion of Slovak.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Workday experience is a plus
