Job description
Your Mission at CGM: As a leading provider of software solutions for healthcare, we operate in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated professionals. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment, filled with exciting opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you’ll have the chance to make a lasting impact.
CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who are inspired by the power of AI in eHealth, eager to shape transformation, and curious at heart—ready to see how technology can make healthcare smarter, easier, and better.
Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare. Become part of our mission and make a difference—for a world where knowledge saves lives!
Are you passionate about forward-thinking products? Do you have the talent to turn ideas into real, value-driven solutions while always keeping the bigger picture in mind? Then we are looking for you!
Your Contribution:
Working closely with the Global General Counsel, you drive the development and implementation of our group‑wide, multinational compliance program and establish binding standards for all CGM entities.
You shape and refine compliance strategies, policies, and work instructions for the entire CGM Group and take charge of investigations into potential compliance violations.
As the central point of contact, you coordinate a network of local compliance officers, perform regular risk‑based assessments, and translate findings into tangible improvements.
Independent, business‑oriented advice to the holding company, subsidiaries, management, and employees on all compliance matters is a core part of your role, helping to balance opportunities and risks.
By designing and delivering trainings, embedding compliance in key business processes, and supporting strategic projects, transactions, and partnerships, you use AI tools to significantly strengthen compliance self‑services across a broad international organization.
What You Bring:
As a fully qualified lawyer or experienced compliance professional (m/f/d) with 5+ years of responsibility for compliance in an international corporation or specialized consultancy, you are ready to step into a visible, leading role.
Your profile includes deep expertise in key compliance‑relevant areas of law, especially competition and antitrust law, and the ability to turn legal requirements into clear, pragmatic guidance.
A strong interest in business and economic contexts and enjoyment of strategic, conceptual work at the interface of law, governance, and value creation characterize your way of working.
With excellent communication skills, marked conceptual strength, and a collaborative mindset, you engage confidently with diverse stakeholders in an international environment.
A self‑driven, committed, and solution‑oriented working style, fluency in German and English, and confident use of AI tools to design and roll out policies and self‑services efficiently round off your profile.
What You Can Expect from Us:
Training and development opportunities: Benefit from tailored training programs and individual development opportunities that help you continuously expand your expertise and stay at the forefront of your field. We invest in your future to collaboratively develop innovative solutions in healthcare.
Attractive locations with vibrant communities: Our appealing locations are characterized by humanity and solidarity. Here, we offer ergonomic workspaces and celebrate our successes with various events.
Purpose and mission: Become part of a significant mission by helping to shape the future of e-health at the intersection of healthcare and digitalization.
