You will contribute to the production and maintenance of electronics for the quench detection system. This includes component ordering, production preparation, soldering and interventions on our installations. This is a great opportunity to learn on the job.
Your responsibilities:

Prepare production of electronics prototypes.

Purchasing of electronics components.

Installation of electronics in test benches and racks.

Soldering/assembly work on prototypes.

Eligibility criteria:

You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State .

By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Electronics technician (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is a general secondary education diploma.

You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
