As a Senior Web Designer, your primary focus will be to creatively lead complex web design projects that elevate and maintain brand consistency across CD PROJEKT RED鈥檚 online presence. You鈥檒l play a key role in shaping the studio鈥檚 visual identity on the web while always ensuring a high-quality experience for our global community. In addition to hands-on design work, you鈥檒l manage timelines and resources, collaborate across departments, and proactively identify and address areas for improvement within the team.
Daily responsibilities

Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences that align with brand standards and marketing goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Copy, Development) to ensure visual storytelling and functionality meet project objectives.

Prepare and optimize multi-density assets (1x, 2x, 3x) and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.

Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.

Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness (text expansion, RTL).

Participate in creative reviews and critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Support junior designers by reviewing files, mentoring on responsive design, and ensuring consistent application of design systems.

Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Document design systems, visual rules, and rationale for future use and scalability.

Communicate project status and blockers through Jira and regular cross-team syncs.
