Daily responsibilities

Shape and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business goals.

Design and scale key programs (onboarding, manager development, leadership).

Lead and develop the L&D team.

Partner with leaders and HRBPs to identify competencies/skills gaps and deliver tailored solutions.

Implement modern learning approaches (in-person, hybrid, digital).

Measure impact (KPIs, engagement, ROI) and use data to continuously improve.

Manage L&D budget, tools, and external vendors.
