Plan and lead workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions with clients and stakeholders

Develop process flows, data models, and functional concepts to support solution design

Collaborate with developers, architects, and testers to clarify requirements and ensure feasibility during implementation

Support functional validation and user acceptance testing to secure quality delivery

Act as a bridge between clients, product management, and technical teams
